I keep hearing how great the Finnish school system is. 

Is it though?

We have travelled 16,000 km from Sydney Australia to visit schools in Finland and Norway to see firsthand how they 'do school'. 

Michelle (my wife) and I are here to identify similarities and differences between their education systems and ours. How are they preparing their young people to live and work in the 21st century? And how does their new future-focused curriculum compare to ours?

We will immerse ourselves in daily school life by observing their teachers in action, teaching classes, running professional development sessions for their staff and chatting with teachers, parents and pupils.
